When does the exclusive ticket access begin?

Tickets will go on sale at 2pm on Tuesday 22nd August.

How and when will I receive access?

Access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans at 5pm on Monday 21st August.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the fan pass?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your fan pass purchase. We are providing exclusive access to the ticket sale and all tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 2 tickets per person.

How many tickets can I purchase during the ticket access?

Each access code is valid for up to 2 tickets. Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

If I place more than one pre-order, will I get additional access codes?

No, each customer will receive one access code.

How do I get exclusive ticket access?

This offer has now closed and new fans can no longer take part in the ticket access offer.

If you ordered the fan pass from this store before 3pm BST on Monday 21th August 2023 you are eligible for exclusive access and will receive an access code.

I pre-ordered the album from this store before the fan passes went on sale, will I get ticket access?

If you ordered the album or album bundles from this store before 11am Wednesday 16th August you are automatically included and will receive an access code.

What if I pre-order from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for exclusive access to tickets?

No, to qualify for exclusive access you must pre-order from this store. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for the exclusive access.
